Cooking is a way to connect to our food, our bodies, and each other. My cooking classes are a way to encourage love and appreciation of food. I educate on the roles of certain flavors and ingredients in making a dish both delicious and nourishing.

My nutrition and food philosophy is all about keeping things fun and simple. I love to highlight local and seasonal ingredients in my dishes and encourage my clients to do the same. I create a highly curated and unique experience for each client depending on their dietary needs and taste preferences.

Food is meant to be enjoyed, it’s meant to bring people together, and most importantly, there is no one-size-fits-all.
