Patty James travels to locations around the U.S. teaching classes, giving nutrition presentation, and training culinary educators. She welcomes the opportunity to design a customized program for your group's education needs and interests.
Patty also consults with elder care facilities, restaurants, and schools, developing recipes and menus. Her expertise is currently employed by a Spa in Canada and a restaurant, "Organic Munch", in London.
Background and Education
Patty earned her Masters degree (M.S.) in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health. She is currently a doctoral candidate. She is a Certified Natural Chef and founded the former Patty James Cooking School and Nutrition Center in Sebastopol, California.
Patty is passionate about the art and science of cooking and educating people who want to achieve vital health. She teaches about nutrition in plain language and inspires students through her dynamic style of teaching people of all ages and walks of life.
