How They Work:
- Call or email Patty
- Complete a Client Intake Form which includes health history as well as a food, mood and beverage log
- Choose the program you desire
- Send in payment
- Schedule a Consultation appointment
- You will receive a personalized nutrition program based on your goals
Fees:
Programs:
- Initial 1 -1/2 Consultation and Nutrition Program $175.00
- Additional Research, if necessary $85.00/hour if necessary
- Initial 1-1/2 hour consultation plus 4 email follow-ups $300.00
- Initial 1- 1/2 hour consultation plus 8 mail follow-ups $ 475.00
Health Care Practitioners and Businesses:
Patty can create wellness programs for your employees. She can also develop nutrition programs for home health care employee and patients as well as nutrition programs for health clubs.
