How To Learn To Cook In A Week!

Hello everyone,
I have had a lot of calls and emails lately about health concerns either for the individual or their family members. There is a growing concern (and rightfully so) that people's health could use improvement. It all starts with how we nourish ourselves and our family. The old saying we are what we eat is absolutely true. If you eat cheeseburgers and fries, that's what your liver could look like (a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the point.) If you eat a wide selection of health supporting foods, your body will reward you with good health and vitality. This being said, often times people don't know where to start. Instead of focusing so how much on what we shouldn't eat, let's focus on what we should eat. When you are full and nourished well with a diet of vegetables, fruits, whole grains and lean protein, and good fats, eventually all the "bad" stuff will simply disappear. I will be having a lot of upcoming classes on this topic. I will also be having a health challenge class for you and your family to participate in. Details soon.
My How To Learn To Cook In A Week class covers all the basic classes so you can incorporate healthy foods into your diet. I will also teach this class in other locations, hence Have Spoon Will Travel.
I have a woman friend, Cory, who would like to take my week long course, but wants to take the 5 day class over a period of 5 weeks, one class per week. If anyone wants to join her, please let me know and we will set it up. You will find the curriculum for this class on my home page.
We'll chat soon. Be well,
Patty
